Thomas Hudson

Founder (Retired)

Thomas Hudson is the founder of Hudson Construction, bringing decades of hands-on experience and leadership in the construction industry. After serving in the U.S. Army as an infantry medic, Thomas transitioned into the skilled trades, completing his journeyman certification through the Carpenters Union in the late 1970s. He began his career in residential construction, specializing in custom home framing as a foreman throughout the Bay Area. Thomas later served as Maintenance Shop Manager at the Lockheed Santa Cruz Test Base for 18 years, where he oversaw critical operations and infrastructure upkeep. Building on this extensive background, he obtained his general contractor’s license and launched Hudson Construction, establishing a reputation for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and reliable project execution.

Nathan Hudson

President CEO

Nathan Hudson is the President and CEO of Hudson Brothers Inc., bringing over 35 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Having grown up immersed in the family business, Nathan developed a deep understanding of every facet of construction. He leads the company’s client engagement and business development efforts, personally overseeing all initial client consultations, bids, and contract negotiations. Nathan also conducts regular site visits to ensure project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded. His leadership is rooted in a commitment to quality, transparency, and long-term relationships.

Dane Hudson

Vice President operations

Dane Hudson has worked alongside his family in the construction industry for his entire life, gaining hands-on experience across all phases of the building process. With a strong foundation in both field operations and project execution, Dane brings a comprehensive understanding of construction from the ground up. As Field Operations Manager at Hudson Construction, Dane oversees the day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring that each project runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. His leadership and technical expertise have been instrumental in the company’s growth. Together with Nathan Hudson, he has helped transform Hudson Construction from a small family business into a trusted and respected firm capable of delivering complex, large-scale projects.

Josh Dent

Project Manger

Josh Dent has been an integral part of the Hudson Construction team for over a decade. Beginning his career as a journeyman carpenter, Josh brings hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to build a project from the ground up.
Now serving as Project Manager, Josh plays a key role in ensuring that each project stays on schedule and within budget. His practical field knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset to both the team and Hudson’s clients. Josh's leadership on the job site reflects the company’s core values of craftsmanship, reliability, and excellence in execution.

Logan Hudson

Office & Safety Admin

Logan Hudson represents the third generation of the Hudson family to contribute to the company’s legacy. As Office & Safety Administrator, Logan supports day-to-day administrative operations and plays a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment across all job sites. In addition to his role at Hudson Construction, Logan is currently pursuing a degree in Communications, further strengthening his ability to support internal coordination and client communication. His commitment to the company and fresh perspective make him a valuable part of the team’s continued growth and success.

Michael James Martin

Engineer

Michael J. Martin brings a wealth of experience to Hudson Construction as a California Registered Civil Engineer with a diverse background spanning the government, public, and private sectors. His career includes serving as the City Engineer for the City of Marysville, where he oversaw municipal infrastructure and civil development projects. At Hudson Construction, Michael serves as the Principal Engineer for the Enhanced Treatment Septic Division, providing technical leadership and regulatory expertise. His extensive civil engineering knowledge ensures that projects meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance. Michael’s strategic insight and proven track record make him a key contributor to Hudson’s continued innovation and success in specialized infrastructure solutions.
